Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein is an entrepreneur looking to acquire a strong B2B technology or business services company, where he can apply industry experience and marketing, sales, management, and technology skills to grow the business.
Michael grew up with a passion for business as the son of an entrepreneur. His father demonstrated the joys and challenges of running a business and modeled the importance of hard work.
After graduating college, he founded, grew, and eventually sold a digital marketing agency that specialized in serving political campaigns and nonprofit organizations. Michael did sales, led customer service, managed implementation projects, and hired and managed employees and contractors.
Most recently, Michael advised software, healthcare and life sciences companies on acquisitions and operational strategy as a manager with PwC. During his time in consulting, Michael learned valuable business and problem-solving skills and confirmed that he wants to get back to entrepreneurship.
Michael earned his MBA from NYU Stern and his BA from Columbia. He currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and son, and looks forward to instilling in his son the same discipline and sense of responsibility that he absorbed from his father. Michael will build a legacy for his family by helping cement your legacy.
